1. Overview
MONO ships online orders within Egypt from our base in Sohag. When you complete checkout on mono-eg.shop, you choose your governorate, area, and full delivery address so we can dispatch your order through our courier partners.
2. Delivery areas
We deliver to governorates and zones available at checkout. If your location appears in the list, we can ship to you. Please enter a complete, accurate address (street/building, area, governorate) and a reachable phone number—incorrect details may delay or prevent delivery.
3. Shipping fees
Shipping cost depends on your governorate and zone and is calculated automatically at checkout before you confirm your order. The shipping line and estimated delivery window are shown on the checkout page together with your item total. Fees may change if our carrier rates change; the amount you confirm at checkout is what applies to that order.
4. Order processing
After you place an order, we review and prepare it for dispatch. Processing usually takes 1–2 business days (Saturday–Thursday, excluding public holidays). You will not be asked to pay twice for shipping; any online payment covers the order total shown at checkout, including shipping where applicable.
5. Estimated delivery times
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–7 business days depending on your governorate and carrier routes. Remote or hard-to-reach areas may take longer. Estimated delivery shown at checkout is indicative, not guaranteed—weather, holidays, or carrier delays can affect arrival.
6. Payment on delivery
Cash on delivery (COD) may be available at checkout. If you choose COD, please have the exact order total ready when the courier arrives. If card or wallet payment is offered, payment is processed according to the provider’s flow before or at confirmation—see checkout for options available on your order.
7. Tracking your order
Signed-in customers can view order history and shipping status in the Profile area when the storefront is connected to our API. Status updates (e.g. pending, shipped, delivered) reflect information from our system and carriers. For urgent questions about a specific order, contact us with your order reference.
8. Delivery issues
If delivery fails because nobody was available, the address was wrong, or access was not possible, the carrier may attempt again or return the parcel—we will contact you using the phone number on your order when needed. Damaged or missing items should be reported promptly via our contact page with your order details and photos where possible.
